Returns and Exchange policy:

At Kinnko, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free. Review the following guidelines to understand our policies:

Returns and Exchanges Period:

Our returns and exchange policy allows for hassle-free returns and exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 7-10 days provided for the returned product(s) to reach us.

Eligibility:

  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty but not limited to damage, worn, torn, faded color etc.
  • Final sale and clearance items are also non-returnable.
  • Orders placed during BOGO Sales (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar promotions where free products are included are not eligible for returns.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or clearly damaged/used.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team within the stipulated return period. Returns can also be initiated through our website.
  • You can reach us via Instagram, WhatsApp or Email to request a return authorization and further instructions.
  • Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be unused with original tags attached and packaging intact.

Reverse Pickup:

  • Reverse pick-up services are also offered. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund, irrespective of the number of items within that order. If an order comprises multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be applied for the entire order, rather than on each individual clothing item.
  • Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If the courier company fails to pick up the shipment, the customer will be required to send the shipment back to the company address per ‘Return Shipping’ section of Returns and Exchange policy,
  • Reverse Pick Up availability is subject to the service in the customer's area pin code.

Refunds:

  • For all orders, upon receiving the returned item(s) and verification of their condition, refund will be issued to your original payment method or provide credit points equivalent to the refund amount, as per your preference.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).

Exchange Process:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, indicate your preference when requesting the exchange.
  • Exchange requests are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or credit points.

If a pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, customers must courier the product(s) to the following address:

Customer-provided bank account details will be final, and any errors in the provided details will not be the responsibility of the brand.

If an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status is received but not received by the customer, they should contact the company within 24 hours.

The customer is obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all instructions, documents, and wrappings, when returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer care within1 day of receiving the products, and instructions will be provided We may require objective evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim efficiently.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact customer care for cancellation.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return or exchange as per our policy.
